Boating Safety Classes:
Boating safety classes will be taught by the Coast Guard
Auxiliary. The course we teach is the "America's Boating Course"
and is recognized in all 50 states as an authorized boating course.

The Coast Guard Auxiliary offers a course and testing for the Boating Safety Education Certificate.
Who Must Get Certified?
Anyone born after January 1, 1989 must show the TWRA-issued wallet Boating
Safety Education Certificate as proof of successful completion of the
TWRA Boating Safety exam. No other certificate will be accepted as meeting
the requirements of the law.
